don't normally leave reviews but it was so good i had to. good serving size, not stingey with the gravy either, collards tasted delicious, mac was great, and them oxtails 10/10!! (sn: the prices reflect the quality... i got a med oxtail plate for 22 it filled me up and i'd pay the 27 for a large.)
Atmosphere takes a hit only because it really was like any other local food spot. I ordered the oxtail dinner with rice n peas and plantain and Lawd the gravy on them oxtail was amazing. The oxtail were tender and full of flavor. Wife had lemon pepper wings and she gave them here best Keith Lee rating of 10 out of 10 . Overall the food and service was amazing and definitely will recommend to anyone that comes in the Macon area.
The food was very tasty, the restaurant was very clean and the bathroom was very clean and smelled great! Overall, I'm pleased. I just wish my chicken and pork were actually grilled like I was told when I called, but they were actually baked. Patty was hot and delicious but a little too spicy. I will definitely return, though, as the food was delicious.
Drove almost an hour after reading reviews online... and I must say my expectations were exceeded!! From the great atmosphere the minute I walked in to the constant assurance that everything was good. The food was amazing, I really enjoyed my Curry Goat!! Mac and cheese... chef’s kiss !! Needless to say they have gained a loyal foodie as a customer, I will gladly drive the 48 mins again and VERY OFTEN ! #EatMoreIslandPot !!
Food is very tasty. Oxtails were tender, lots of gravy. Jerk pork is good.... Mac and cheese is good. Very clean inside and staff is extremely friendly. I will be returning!

The most authentic Jamaican food in Georgia! You get value for your money. The staff is amazing, they are friendly and loving people. I literally drive one hour easily to eat at this restaurant anytime i want Jamaican food. Big up Simone!
Best Jamaican food I have ever taste in my life so far, good favor great season fresh food hot not warm. I don't know who auntie or grandma or uncle in that kitchen but thanks you I appreciate the love in the food and the people. This my pray for your business to be more abundant than it is right now in the name of Jesus Christ . I will return again soon if I was still living in Macon you would see me a lot. Can't wait to try everything on the menu one day at a time. 10 out of 10 A in my book. P.S there was so much food on my plate that I tried to eat all of my stewed chicken rice and peas and cabbage and mac and cheese I was been greedy.
